Strange "blobs" on my zoa

Hello fellow aquarists,

I got 3 "dead" zoa frags from one of my friends. Itook them into my experimental tank to see if I was able to revive them. I say "dead" because they didn't look so dead to me, but my friend tank suffered from an attack from his wife. Long story short, he went on a business trip and his wife was in charge, she saw water was missing form the tank so she put more water into it. But she didn't measure salt, so she put too much salt in it.

SO I took the three frags and put them into my tank, my tank is 10 gal and has these parameters:
pH: 7.3
Salinity: 1.022
I have a coral banded shrimp, a blue damsel, and a orange zoa frag.

The issue is:
After putting the frags into my experimental aquarium these "blobs" appeared on them:

Are these things dangerous?
What should I do about them?

Thanks in advance.

Smell them.
They are probably rotten by now.
Through them away!
Use gloves and put them in the toilet.
Don't put the plug itself in the toilet though!!
Remove them from the plug with a knife and trough the plug in the trash can.
Clean the knife really well!

By the way, your pH could be better at 8.0 - 8.2.
Salinity could be between 1.023 - 1.024.

Is it rotten?
If so, that's type of infection and it's contagious!
It probably came with a nearly introduced zoa in your system!
