Strange brown circle with little egg like things..

I have recently started back up a marine tank, after 5 years of a break..

Looking on my live rock I have come accross a small brown circle, which seems to have small brown eggs around it.. I have no idea what it is and have looked everywhere online.. Any help would really be appreciated to identify this

If the round things are just around the edge you might want to google majano anemone. Hard to tell in the pic

Hopefully it's not those... Though it very well could be from the pics I've seen online.. Will keep an eye on it and see how the grows or moves. It does close when Jack (my emerald crab) walks near it.. Hopefully it turns out to be nothing sinister
