Strange critter - Please ID

I just got about 15 lbs of new live rock the other day, and today this little guy popped up. Sorry about the large images. This thing is only about .5cm tall if that. I had to get the 150mm macro out just to see it.

Interested to see what the answer is to this little guy too.

I have some of them as well, although they are white, not pink

Can you describe it as to its texture, movement or not and so on? Also, if possible, a much closer and in focus photo would probably be more help. Thanks.

Try looking up foramanifera (sp?) in wetweb media. I have not seen pink ones yet.
