Strange looking Navarchus

Hi,

i need help. 4 days ago I bought 3 new fishes, they where already in QT for 4 weeks and were helathy. Despite that I tryied QT for a few days (also for low salinity in LFS). Now I want to put them to main tank but navarchus is looking very strange. He has some blurs (not small spots) on dark parts of his body (mainly on head). He is eating, maybe is just stress and conditions in QT without lights. Other fishes in QT are wrase and small Hepatus - they are fine.

LFS do not quarantine. Low SG at a LFS has no effect unless it is 1.008/1.009. Copper at less than therapeutic dosage at a LFS has no value at protecting your embedded base of fish. YOU need to quarantine and treat if necessary.
