strange reading with opr and ph

Hi,

I just received a brand new opr and ph probe from Marinedepot. When i plug them in, the controller read 2.50 for ph and 000 for opr. I did the self test and it said pass. So could this be probes are bad or could it be controller? Please help. Thx.

I think that the pH and ORP probes are reversed. The pH probe is blue, and the orp probe is red.
