Strange yellow spots on my foxface

I just noticed these yellow spots on my foxface. They look pretty much like a pimple does. They are located all over his body, even on his fins. There are a lot on the left hand side and just a few on the right side.

Is this some kind of disease? Should I be worried about him?

Here are a few pictures. They are blurry but show the spots pretty clearly.

Also, the white dots that appear to be on him in the pictures are just floating particulate. Not ich.
