Strangers in my tank, ID Please

Hi,
I'm a new FOWLR person and have some strangers growing inside my tank. Can anyone help me identify these:
I'm curious about the white fuzz on the live rock as well as the tube thing on the right side.
Also wondering what these white specks are on my tank. There is a cluster of about 50 of them in one area that i could not photograph.
Should i try to remove these things?

The fuzz type looking thing is most likely a sponge starting to develope. The last ones are Spirorbidae worms. They are harmless filter feeders.

a sponge? just one? It looks like many different growths in all the crevices of the rock. Is sponge in my tank bad?
You're saying the spirobade things are ok on my tank? they won't hurt anything? Maybe they're even good for filtering?

sponges and Spirorbid worms are filter feeders. they will help keep the water clean.

Yeah nothing to worry about. It signs of a healthy tank.
