Stray voltage

Was little on the curious side and had the meter out, but Is this something out of the norm to have low voltages In the tank or should I be concerned?

It's actually commonplace in the hobby due to the pumps, heaters etc. in contact with the water. A simple ground probe can eliminate any stray voltage and potential harm to tank inhabitants a foremost the hobbiest. TinMan
