Stream 6000 and Single controller

I just got my first tunze stream with single controller. I have a 90 gallon tank with 115 pounds of fiji LR. Where is the best place to attach the stream. I did also get the magnet mount. Top, bottom, or middle of the tank, any opinions. Also is it best if it has a clear area in front of it. Also any suggestions on how to set the setting on the controller. Thanks for you suggestions as you can probley tell iam new to the hobby

About 3" from the top, just low enough to prevent vortexes. I would use 100%-30% with 3 second pulses. I would position the pump in the backcorner aimed to the opposite front corner.
