Hi Roger,

One of my streams jammed and I wasn't able to take the impellor assembly out and broke the plastic parts. The actual magnet is still jammed in the pump. Can I send this pump to your shop for repairs? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

If your pump still under warranty, Roger can repair them for you and send them out the same day if he has the part. If your pump is outside of warranty. i don't think he charge much either. I am not trying to rub in your wound but how did the pump jammed and how did you broke the impeller? I have been using tunze for a few years now and i have been cleaning so many customer tunze powerhead but i have not witness any jammed or broken impeller before.
