Stream for small tanks?

Everywhere on RC I see people prasing Tunze Stream powerheads for being the best in the world. I really want a tunze stream but I only have a 40 gallon breeder tank for softies/LPS and tunze stream is wayyyyy too powerful for a tank this size. Is there any way to control the flow rating so I can have a tunze stream in my small tank?
