Stream Mounting problems

Hi
I purchased a Tunze Turbelle Stream 6000 with the new Multi Controller I works Great. But I have a Question. When the pump is mounted with the swivel arm on the mounting pin how do you keep the pump from wandering left and right? The instructions say to ââ"šÂ¬Ã…"œuse the M8x8 screw to stabilize the swivel arm on the sliding part.ââ"šÂ¬Ã‚ This screw does nothing????????? If you use it with the nut provided itââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s still to small and the pump can lift right over the screw head. What am I missing here? If I use a nylon washer that is bigger than the swivel arm hole then the screw is to short to reach the nut. Also if bolted in place how can you remove the pump for cleaning without removing the bracket? Itââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s a great pump but a lot more thought needs to go into the mounting methods.

That screw is not included with your pump, it only comes with the 6200. Their are fine serrations on the post and arm and they need to firmly mesh together, the pump should not swivel if these are pressed together. Sorry, I didn't get an email notice about the post.

I did see this and did push the parts together but the pump does solwly rotate on the pin untill it is all the way to one side. can anything else be done?

Are you using the mag holder or the rail set? In general if the pieces are level and the serrations are engaged this shouldn't happpen.

I'm using the rail set. I have it mounted stright and level but it seems like the serrations are so small that the slight vibration of the pump alows it to start to move and once it starts it goes faster and faster untill it's all the way to one side.
