Stream out of order - please help

Roger- Seems like every time I decide to clean out my Stream 6000 I wind up with problems.

This time after cleaning and assembling it, it started beeping and wasnt spinning. So I took it apart to clean some more. Now I see that the red O-ring that attaches to the upper bearing is missing?? Dont see it down in the unit anywhere, so I dont know where the heck it went. I'm wondering how long it's been missing because I cant find it anywhere.

So my questions are:

Will this work without the O-Ring for a short time until I get a replacement?

and

Where can I get a replacement quick?

Please help - this Stream 6000 is >75% of the flow in this tank.

I can mail you one, just PM me an address. I would try finding a suitably sized Oring at the hardware store, they usually sell bulk sets of different sizes for faucets. The pump will not run reliably without it, you may get an alarm every few hours.
