My stream seems to be running backwards, blowing water out the sides instead of intake through the sides, any thoughts?

i believe its model 6060 and been using for about 18 months. Mounted with the mounting bracket provided at purchase.

Pm me your address and I'll send you some parts. This is a simple mechanical problem and one we usually see only with wavemakers. Basically, the brakes that stop the backward rotation are not engaging. One thing to check for me- is the little red oring still in place under the upper bearing? Frequently people lose this part when cleaning the pumps and then the magnet sits to low and the brakes can't engage.
