Streams and small fish

Should I be worried about my 1'' clownfish and chromis getting sucked onto my Tuzne 6060? I just don't want any of them to die because they got stuck to the intake.

I think you underestimate your fish. Unless they are sick, I doubt they would be sucked in. My little 1" Goby's can clear all 6 feet of my 180 in a fraction of a second if there is food or they're chasing each other. I have two black perc's that are less than 1" in my 180 with dual 6100's running full blast.

Tunze's aren't created like a Seio with small little holes that suck massive flow through them. They have plenty of space to allow water to flow through without the suction. Cerith snails literally get sucked out of their shell in my 58 gallon which I'm running Seio 820's on (nano's out yet? ), but they walk right across my Tunze 6100's cleaning them without an incident.

I've been turning it off at night since my tomato and percula clownfish have been sleeping on top of it.
