stress coral?

Hi everyone
I'm new to reef world so please be kind !!!!!!!!!!!
I have nano 10gallon tank with 36 watt and I lhave about 12lbs of live rock n 10-12lbs of live sand ..

So what kind of corls can I get ? and My question is can coral get stress? if so how long would it take to make them feel at home ???

Corals can suffer from a variety of problems. Some take a few weeks to get acclimated to a new home.

Your tank should be fine for soft corals as a start. Mushroom corals (Actinodiscus) and Xenia are common choices, as are many zoanthids. This book is very handy:
