Students are going to be starting their log books. What types of things do you keep in yours if you keep one? What are some ideas you might have that they should keep in mind or talk about as they start their own. What things do you write regulary? What are some things you were glad you had written down at the beginning, and what things do you wish you had kept track of or written down.

water parameters, approximate measurements, scaled pictures, personality behaviors...thats all i can think of at the moment.

*** I thought it might be full, so I deleted abunch of messages, and i am STILL not getting them grr... Playa0069u@yahoo.com if it hapens again.

Make sure to clear out the sent messages too....those can add up...

LadyFSU: All the regular parameters would be good, behavior would also be interesting. Maybe have them do a report style write-up with a hypothesis and all. They can graph everything out. I think it's great that you're doing this!!

i also note any changes i have made to the system. new bulbs, shifted powerheads, adding my sump!!!!(sorry, it just slipped) etc. Less important with your class but could be useful.
Along with the ones mentioned above of course, except for Gimplar's scaled shots - thats a great way to guage progress will have to add that one into my routine.
