Yes, location would be good. What length are the VHO bulbs that come in your retro kit? I assume the ballast is 6 months old as well?

I would like to see pics of the tank and stand if you have them. Is the tank reef ready? 72x24x23 runs closer to 170 gal. Could your measurements or gallon size be off?

The tank is not reef ready, has HoB overflow.

Ballast are about 4 years old.
VHO bulbs are 72"

Tim, the leak is near the bottom of the tank on a seam. It looked to be a small stream leak (a littlwe bigger than a pinhole) in the silicone.

It's a homemade sump from a 29g tank. It has 1 partition that
I put in it.
