Stumped

This frag came in on a shipment at my local LFS. They gave it to me a few months back and it's fully encrusted now. I was thinking it was a deep water but it still hasn't shown any signs of polyps. It's definitely stoney and is growing fairly fast 12 inches down under a 250watt phoenix.

I am going to guess Psammacora stellata. I wouldn't say it's deepwater but it does look like it is getting too much light. Unless it's just the picture making it look so white?
