Yeap...I did something really stupid.

We were going for away the weekend and with the really high power bills I have been getting I thought it would be ok for me to just turn the A/C off and save a few dollars.

When I got home at 10:30 pm the house temp was 88. The tank water temp was probably over 100. I got the temp down and did a water change. So fare it looks like i lost frogspawn, gbta and the monti caps are all white. I removed the gbta because it stunk really bad. Some my zoas started to open this morning. My black and white clownfish seem to be ok. The Nitrate were somewhere between 5-10. Im going to do more water changes this evening when I get some more salt. I'm going to do water change until the nitrates are 0.

Do I need to do anything else?

I agree, you can leave all the lights off for 3 - 4 days with no adverse effect. The carbon will remove some of the toxins from the dead or dying organisms. Besides the corals that you can see, many sponges are very sensitive to higher temps.
