Stupid question about TTM and Ich

After a long period without fish in my DT , i want to introduce the new fish's correctly using the TTM method.
The Sticky post is very clear , my question is about people experience.

1. Assuming all of my fish's will go through the TTM procedure , 12 days.
Whats next ? Is there any need to continue and monitor the fish's or treat using any medicine ?

2. My dream was allway the blue powder and the blue tangs ,
Both known to be ich magnets , will the TTM procedure eliminate the risk ?
(I heard that salinity\temp changes cause fish to get the Ich back)

Your help will be appriciated

a lot of people will ttm with prazipro and formalin then QT fish for another 2-3 months to make sure all is good.

its all in how much risk your willing to take, how much space, time and equipment you have...im convinced that ttm with prazi pro and formalin then a 2-3 month QT is the best way based on all my research...but for me i don't have the space or time for all that.
what i will do though is all new fish go through ttm, prazi pro and formalin then put them into my display tank..its better than nothing and only takes 12 days if you do it correctly

1. As mentioned above, some folks do a deworming with prazi, and dips in freshwater or formaldehyde. Additional time in qt is used to fatten up the fish and allow for more observation, as there are other diseases besides ich.

2. Ttm prophylactically treats for ich. If the tank goes through a fallow period, and all new fish are treated with ttm, and all inverts are qtd as well, ich can never enter your system.

You better have a big tank, however, for either/ both of the tangs you selected.

So far I've only done TTM with two prazi treatments and Paraguard. Then into the tank they go.

Really? invertebrates need to be quarantined? why and for how long?

Theoretically, anything wet can bring in disease. For example, ich in the tomont stage could be on rock.

Many of us don't take extra precautions for inverts, besides dipping new corals.

I am aware of the theoretical aspect. I believe most people, for non fish, just wash in SW X3 +/- fresh dip. my understanding is the coral dip (e.g. revive) is aimed at other hitchhikers but would not address ich.
a quarantine of invertebrate in a QT may only seed the QT (theoretically).
