Are the meral spots the ones of the raptorial appendiges?
Might sound silly but I checked roys list and and it doesn't actually say....

Yes, the meral spots are on the upper inside of the raptorial appendage merus (the large segment that contains the muscles that power the strike. For example, look at Gonodactylaceus glabrous - they are orange.
