Wouldn't it be a good idea to require contestants to give the scientific and/or common English name of their subjects. That way you would not get people writing in afterwards saying 'hey, No.7 looked terrific, what is it?'.
Just a suggestion.

To much work for people to write out the scientific names, let alone look them up. Just my opinion.

3 or 4 minutes! I think people should know the names of the things they keep. How would someone know what the care requirements are for what they are keeping if they don't even know what the common name is :lol: Seriously it takes 10 seconds to type out the common name of the subject of a photo IMO. I know it gets harder with corals since there are so many funky made up names but fish and inverts, I mean come on! :lol:
