Subscribed to newsletter-coupon code not working

I subscribed to your newsletter, added my info and confirmed it through email. The coupon code I received that never expires did not work. I needed to place an order so I ended up purchasing $125 worth of product from premium aquatics. If you could look into why this occurred to prevent this from happenning to anyone else in the future. Thanks

I am suspecting that you are referring to the newsletter sign-up on www.MarineDepotLive.com . The coupon code that is emailed to you only works for livestock orders placed on www.marinedepotlive.com . If you have any trouble, please give MDL a call at 714-361-6150 and they will be happy to assist you with the order and the coupon code.

The coupon code emailed to you will not work on www.marinedepot.com as it is not a www.marinedepot.com coupon.
