Nice tank! I would recommend two pumps on each of the panels which are non-viewable. Here are three basic options you could try out (i'm going to arbitrarily call one pane the left side and one the right side):
1) two pumps on left side sync'd in short pulse mode tuned to create a wave, two pumps on right side anti-sync'd with the pumps on the left. This should create a double wave and have the effect of random flow.
2) Going from the left pane to the right pane, I'm applying the numbers 1 (left pane outside pump), 2 (left pane inside pump), 3 (right pane inside pump), and 4 (right pane outside pump) to the four pumps. Pump 1 is the master in long pulse mode, pump 2 is anti-sync, pump 3 is sync, and pump 4 is anti-sync. Set the pulse rate to 1 min (max length) and this should create an elegant gyre flow throughout the entire tank.
3) All or some of the pumps in reef crest random mode or short pulse mode.
