I agree with Jeff, it's much better to air things out than to hold them inside and have them build up. Obviously the conversation has to remain respectful.

Please keep in mind, that TONE, is often lost and misinterpreted over a thread (or IM/PM for that matter). The same content can be accepted differently depending on tone, and sometimes our defensiveness gets the better of us.
