suggestions for ridding Bryopsis Algae?

OK - my 120 is looking ok, just alittle red slime left. For those who saw it last weekend, once that is gone the Cal. reactor goes up. I was worried the CO2 would encourage more algae.

Now at work, I have Bryopsis (spelling?) Algae in my 20 gallon. I got 2 urchins who do eat some of it. but it is spreading to fast. I would just recure the rocks, but I have a large rbta in there with some other corals and I don't want to upset it. This tank has been algae free for years, but now I am getting worried. I may take out all the sand and replace it with new as well.

Any other thoughts.

I had bryopsis, hair algae, bristly red algae, soft brillo looking red algae in my 72.

I ended up taking out my DSB, manually removing the algae, and doing a series of weekly large water changes. I also harvested my chaeto so that my fuge was less densely packed.

That pretty much caused the remaining algae to die off.

It was interesting as the algae died off. It seemed to do that in batches, and the skimmer would overflow as that happened. Skimmer would just run normally, and then it would get all foamy in the cup and a lot of wet skim would overflow and run out the drain tube. Sounded like a faucet running.

I used kalkwasser when I had bryopsis and it would turn from green to white within ten minutes
