Suggestions on setting white balance with lights?

I am having a hard time with the white balance when I take pictures of my tank.

I have a gray/white card, and my camera can set a custom white balance.

what camera are you using?
can you shoot RAW ?
i always shoot RAW and adjust WB in photoshop

I shoot RAW also.
I guess then WB doesn't matter.
I think it is color issues..

I am trying with my Canon 5D and 100mm Macro
