Suicidal Wrasse

In Memoriam
my 6 line wrasse finally committed suicide....he missed the overflow this time...found him in there 8x...this time hit the floor

I feel your pain. But at least you didn't suffocate your fish. In a new tank move some years ago I draped a garbage bag over the tub everyone was in and peeled it back a few hours later to find them all dead.
They still haunt me, in my dreams.

now that is really odd. I wouldn't think a few hours would do such a thing

Frogger

Frogger

When I was a kid, I kept a freshwater 20 Extra High tank with this awesome Lava Rock background. (I just thought it looked cool, but years later I would come to realize that it was also a phenomenal biological filter, duh!)

Well, I had this African Frog that used to like to jump out of the tank all the time.

I'd find him on the carpeted floor, covered in dog hair and all dried out, so I'd return him back to the tank. He was always be fine, until one day, when I came upon him at the bottom of the down stairs!!!!! (The tank was kept up in my Bedroom on the second floor!)

Not sure if it was the dehydration, or the tumble down the 17 stairs"¦ but alas, Little Frogger didn't make it across the street this last time.

:sad1:
