Sulfur Denitrator set up.. !! Any help>>

I have this GEO reactor. I tried to use it as Sulfur Denitrator but i have question about i.

So on 1st pictures. Which tube line for water IN?/ Black or Green?

On 2 pic. What is black valve there for?? Also do i need to fill up media or that should be okay.

If this the Geo Cal reactor. Then the Black is actually for CO2 and the Green is Water OUT (in Pic 1). The Water IN is actually located in Pic 2's Black valve.

I guess you can "Cap" the Black valve in Pic 1. Seriously ,I do not know if that will work because I do not own a Geo Reactor. You can try I supposed.

Depending on your demand from the tank but there is no harm filling it with more media.

You will need a reciurualting pump (You do). You will also need a feed pump that feed at a rate of 27ml/mn to 50ml/mn, so the best way is to get a peri pump that can run 27/7. That is the hard part.
 
No you don't need a Recirculating Pump. There is already one as seen in Pic 1. Feeding the reactor is easy. Either T-off your return or like what moondoggy4 said (get a feed pump).

The below picture is how I feed my sulfur and calcium reactor.
