Not if you know how to use them properly.

Those who do use Sulfur Denitrators properly report that it works very quickly and effectively, then turn it off once nitrates reach zero. I've heard that once nitrates go down to zero, they start to produce toxic Hydrogen Sulfide if they continue to run but I wouldn't be able to tell you how, why or when. Perhaps someone else might.

i would like to get more information on a sulfur denitrator.
i am thinking for years about it , but i'm a little scared to do so

Where on earth did you hear this misinformation? You tune a sulfur denitrator to use nitrate as it is produced, to maintain an equilibrium with system NO3 production. Clean it out once every 9 months to a year to remove the dead bacteria that collects in it and you are fine.
