Sump and Overflow box

Does anyone have a sump setup with an overflow box? I am looking to set one up. I looked at a 300 GPH overflow to a sump rated for my sized tank. I am currious to know what size return pump to look at. Can someone help and show pics of your setups?

I PMed him thanks. What have you heard about the external overflow boxes?

I have one. Alot of people have alot of bad things to say about them, but I think they work great. I have never had any problem with it.

Ya, I heard that they can flood your sump if the power goes out.

You jus thave to make sure you sump can handle some extra water. I have a 10 gal. fuge. But I only have about 6-7 gal. in it.

Make sure you have an Aqua lift pump that will keep it primed at all times. And they aren't THAT bad like jp said, just kind of a pain to get them at that perfect level for skimming the crud off the surface.

I just went with a built in overflow being as I have owned them before
