How much flow can go thru your baffles if the are spaced an 1" apart?

Depends on how long the baffles are. At 12"+, far more than you'll ever need.

Well the first one is 8.5" high. So I was just making sure it will all work with my Diablo 10500 return pump. I used of 40 g breeder to make my sump.
