Sump Baffles

I'm in the process of building a sump. I had the glass baffles cut for me today at the local glass shop, and am looking for some advice on what product to use to seal the baffles in my sump (36" aquarium)? I picked up some Locktite at Home Depot, but am not sure this is the best product to use.

Any suggestions on what to use, preferably something I can pick up at Home Depot?

Thanks!

You can use aquarium silicone. Your LFS or Petco/Petsmart should have some. It's the same sealant used on the seals in your tank. I think it's like $8 a tube.

You'll want silicone for that. I get mine from walmart, I forget the exact name on the tube, but I do believe it's reef safe. Not all silcones are so If your unsure as to the type, get some actual aquarium sealant from the LFS (or walmart's pet section :D)

I prefer to use the silicone made by AGA (the aquarium people) but from what I understand any silicone that DOES NOT contain mold inhibitor can be used.

I was at home my Home Depot the other day and couldn't find actual aquarium silicone, but I did notice something. All of the GE silicone GE I and II say not for aquarium use. Other brands did not state this but they all seem to use mold inhibitors.

The HD around me does sell aquarium silicon thats made by DAP. It says to use only with glass to glass suraces, but I used it for plexiglass to glass too and it seems to hold tight.
