Sump build for noob

Hey guys could I get some help reviewing my sump, refugium design here? Please see attached file.

It seems i have a few options.

1- tee of main return to send controlled flow to refugium which would be elevated and gravity fed to sump- skimmer- return. I would still have an emergency drain.

2- tee off return to feed the separate refugium, let it gravity feed to main sump

3 - run both drains and one feeding the refugium would have a valve to control flow.

Any other options?

Because balancing the two drains off the coast to coast overflow can be a little tricky with a tee to the refugium added in, I would opt for the tee off the return line option.

option 1 was meant to say - tee off of main drain.

If only one drain was regularly used and tee'ed off would it work? I just love the idea of using gravity to feed the refugium.
I could install sock filters in the fuge to tank some of the tank waste.
