What's that skimmer like for water depth?
What's the height of the skimmer baffle?
Once you know those answers, then you can determine if that will leave enough room for your tank to drain down during a power outage.
Also, it looks like all baffles can be cut the same which makes it easy.

i would swap the fuge with either PS section or return section.having it this way you are forcing water across your fuge at a high flow rate,this would not allow for development of inhabitants that are the main reason for a fuge.
my setup is a 125g AGA divided into 3 sections.from left to right-fuge-return-skimmer.my fuge is fed by a tee from one of my overflows on a ball valve.
