Sump for 125g

I'm seriously considering a 125 Oceanic long but it is not a drilled tank. I already have a 1200gph double overflow but no experience with setting up/building a sump/refugium.

Is there anyone local who offers this service?

Thanks for the PMs! I'll get back to you when I know for certain whether I'll be getting the tank.

On a side note, anyone with a truck want to make some extra cash moving? If the seller decides the drive is too far, my next step is to figure out how I could possible move it. It's a 72"x21"x18" show tank.
