Sump for 270 gallon tank

Hey Everybody,
I am new to reef central and am hoping I am posting in the right forum. I have a few questions regarding a sump for the 270 gallon (72"x36"x24") acrylic tank I am planning on building.

What do you guys think would be a good size sump for this tank? I plan on having a sump/fuge combo.

What should be the flow through the sump? I have seen several different ideas that flow should be low and others say it should be high. What do you think?

Thanks in advance.

The bigger the sump, the better. It adds water volume to help with stability in parameters and gives you more room to place your equipment. I believe the common flow through sumps is 3-5x the display tank volume. You want to give the equipment time to filter the water
