sump/fuge setup adding lr ls

I finally got my sump/fuge setup and running. my only question is how should I add the LR LS without creating a mini cycle. DT is 125 mixed reef and sump is a 30 with 3 chambers. First skimmer, UV, heater, second fuge (want to add LR LS and macro) third return. Just wondering how to add the LS and LR without creating a mini cycle. Is it safe to add the LS that comes in bags with the water straight to fuge along with some already cured rock. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
