Sump plumbing

I'm fixing to plumb the sump tomorrow. My sump pump is in the center of a 30 gal with refugium on one side and skimmer opposite. Which is best: drain fed refugium OR return fed refugium. Give me some opinions. :thumbsup:

Drain fed is better probably, I think. Return fed's flow should probably be too fast but it really all depends on how you set it up.
