Sump questions

hi, im planning on starting over AGAIN lol. i wanna start off on the right foot by using a sump with a skimmer and Refugium. i was wondering about baffles, can i use anything like plastic sturdy sheets? and has anyone used the CPR overflows, some say they are very good and some say hey are crap. thanks, im really trying to get it right this time around!

Hey Paul

I have used CPR's for about 2 or 3 years with no problems. Make sure you get an aqaulifter pump so if you lose your power it will restart by it's self. Also make sure you have enough extra room in your sump to handle the power going off and the water draining down. I have a CPR if I could try and ship it to you my new tank is drilled.
