Sump/refugium setup help

Does anyone know where I can find directions to setup a sump/refugium for a 55g non-drilled tank? I am having a trouble visualizing how to do the plumbing. Thanks

I have smaller sumps than a 55, but the same concept will work. Plus, neither one of my sumps were drilled, so that should help you out.
