Sump/refugium setup

I have a 20 gallon high that I will be using as my sump for my 58 gallon tank. I plan on getting a reef octopus 110 int for the sump. Does anybody have any designs or ideas or advice for my sump setup?

I'm new to the saltwater stuff and all advice welcome!!

I would ditch the 20 and go with either a 20 long or 40 breeder (Petco $1 per gallon sale is on now in my neck of the woods) if it will fit in your stand.
The height of the 20 high will get annoying quickly and the size will limit your equipment choices.
For example, I used an older 55 (21 inches high) as a sump/fuge and had to build a stand to fit it under my tank, am already sick of the contortions to reach inside of it and wish I had more space for a bigger fuge section and the things only been running for 3 months.

thanks guys! ill probably have to start with using the 20 high due to money and purchasing other needed equipment and eventually upgrade the sump!

I would say do it now and save yourself the headache. Petsmart also has a dollar per gallon sale going on now. http://www.petsmart.com/sale/aquari...&utm_medium=Digital&utm_campaign=JulyAquatics

I haven't been in this hobby long (2 years) but I would've saved myself probably close to $1000 if I had just bought the right equipment the first time.
