Sun Coral Spawning Pics

Like many of you, I got to experience coral spawning this past weekend. This was my first time seeing corals spawn, so that was awesome! But, I bet my experience was a bit different than most of yours...my coral started spawning in a cup full of CoralRx. :crazy1:

Here it is when I first started dipping it. Yes, I know it looks awful, but I got it to try to save it. You'll notice one teeeeeeny orange ball on the bottom left corner (I thought it was a dying red planaria at first...lol).

wow, never seen that before except on the discovery channel. So what do you do with them now? Put them in refugium?

is it spawning season for sun corals?!?! This is wild, it seems like multiple people had this experience over the weekend. So cool..
