Ive had good luck with the piece Ive got. Had it 3 months and is growing really well. I aquired a piece from a friend who neglected to feed it and its in bad shape. Question is could I put this into my sump so I can target feed it better or should I leave in the display. It was a great piece and I want to bring it back.

Your sump would be fine.

You might try putting it on a shelf or basket up top, but out of direct light. That way you can get to is ealily. I fed mine that way and the food just falls down to the fish.

It keeps the fish and shrimp from stealing food out of them.

I used the bubble diffuser from my super skimmer and hung it on the side of the tank and drilled holes all over it. Its black so it cuts down on the amount of light. It looks healthier already and is easy to feed. Plus the bottom is grated
