I have seen a bunch of these snails in my tank, but never really paid attention to them until today. These ones seemed to be especially interested in my zoas. Are these sundial snails?
If so, how do I get rid of them? I see a ton in the tank.
I dont think its a sundial, http://zoaid.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=424
But if affecting your zoas take the colony or frag out if you can and dip. And I always love having a wrasse that picks at little pests like that. Yellow corris, melanurus wrasse... Good luck

Thanks. After searching more, they seem to be collonista snails, which are harmless. http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2004-05/rs/index.php. Now that you mention the wrass thing, I got rid of my six line a few months ago because he was picking on my blenny. That would explain the tiny snail explosion.
I don't think they are bothering the zoas, it just freaked me out that they were hanging around so close lol.
