sunlight supply 2 pt hanging kit and NEP?

Unfortunately it's not made for that, however if you were to get the hanging kit and take it to Lowe's / HD and you're somewhat handy you could make it work. If you need more info give me a call, as it's kind of hard to explain over the phone. Ideally, you will want to use the CurrentUSA hanging kit for this.

will I be able to use the current usa hanging kit in place of the sunlight supply cable? the current cable has the base on one end. i can't tell if that is removable or what purpose it serves.
