After leaving a message with perry and getting no reply and posting on various forums trying to find out how to hang my RO3 with the hanging kit I purchased from them/you, I am now convinced sunlight supply has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It has been 3 weeks since I first tried to contact them, each time I call I get forwarded to perry's voicemail.

Needless to say the customer service I have recieved from PA has been great. Would you mind trying to contact them about getting some directions made for the products they are selling? I have pre-ordered one of the maristar units and am seriously thinking about cancelling the order and getting something else.

Sorry about the delay from Sunlight. It sounds like to us that Perry is in charge of the entire Aquarium side of Sunlight and they are just overwhelming him with work. So i think he is having trouble keeping up, tracking new orders, new products and new production issues. Sunlight seems like a good company with very high quality and an actual R&D on there products which is rare these days. I think they are just having some growing issues with there venture into the Aquarium Lighting division. So i wouldn't give up on them yet, i'm sure they'll get it fixed.

Ive been using their lighting for a while now and have always had good experiences with them.

I recently sent in a ballast that was flickering badly. Had tested it with multiple bulbs and fixtures which didnt flicker on a second SS ballast of same type. After 1.5 weeks, I got the ballast back, the packing slip said that it tested fine but it still had the same problem for me. I called the tech who had attached his biz card to the slip and after a very brief convo, he transferred me to the RMA dept to have a new ballast shpped to me priority.

Sucks that Ive got to wait again but I totally praise their willingness to please the customer! Maybe try asking for a tech "on the aquarium side" when you call. 888.478.6544 and field your questions to them. Im sure any tech would be able to help you.
