Sunpower issues

I'm starting this thread because I bought my 4x24 Sunpwer from reefgeek just over 6 months ago.
I've had issues with it lighting 2 bulbs since day one but figured it may be the KZ bulb.
I still have issues with it lighting all bulbs, I turn on/off all 4 bulbs at once.

Can't figure it out.

I paid for the best but have cheaper fixtures fire more reliably.

I still recommend the fixture & reefgeek.
I hope they/someone will help me.

Maybe I should clarify.
The 1 & 3 slots don't fire 100%. Most of the time its fine, every once in awhile a misfire on these bulbs occurs.
It seems when this happens I have to twist a bulb a little bit and then it fires.
Is it a ballast issue, contact from the bulb on the pins? Cant think of anything else.
The problem for me is it doesn't happen enough for me to narrow down the issue.

I emailed reefgeek and hoping they will help if no one else is familiar.

Check the wiring connections at the end caps and ballasts.

If one of the bulbs is bad or going bad, it might not fire both. I just got a 4x80watt and had a bad bulb that looked fine otherwise but would not fire so neither of those two worked until I got another bulb. Reefgeek sent a free bulb to replace that one.

The easiest way to tell if this is the issue is to replace the 2 bulbs in that group with the 2 bulbs on the other channel.

Could be an end cap problem.

I would start with checking the bulbs and maybe swapping the pairs around.
