I just took some pix of my 65g tank with the late afternoon sun shineing in on it. Before anyone yells at me, my new 225G tank is 1 month old now and my tangs and larger fish will have a new home by Sept. I'm waiting at least three months for the rock and sand to mature...

I am new to trying to take pictures of my tanks, but thus far have not had much luck. What kind of equipment did you use to take these amazing pictures? All of mine seem to be fuzzy or I get a flash spot in teh middle of the picture.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. blawson, I use a kodakDX6490 It's five years old now , but I have a lot of practice with it. Snausages01, Yes that is a granulosa and the one below it is a soli.

Very nice. I love seeing sun shining on livestock, as it gives everything a more natural look. Thank you for sharing!

I have a mag9.5 for return and 2 seio 620's. It has worked well for both the sps and the mushrooms. The higher flow area is up top and the return jets are pointed downward.
